One of SEMCAT's servers experienced two brief periods of heavy load, causing intermittent downtime for 7 minutes between 11:15 and 11:22 AM CT and for 3 minutes between 11:54 and 11:57 AM CT. We have patched the server to mitigate the cause of the load issue.
